A request is a single change with one outcome. If your submission contains multiple changes or outcomes, it will count as multiple requests. FTD is the sole arbiter of request and size definitions.
Plan Details
All plans require a 1-year agreement
Unused requests do not roll over month to month
Downgrades are effective the next billing cycle
Upgrades take effect immediately
No mid-month downgrades
No retroactive changes
Requests that exceed the plan’s size limit require an upgrade or will be scoped as a separately priced project
