What’s covered by these plans

Maintenance is anything that keeps your system working as it was designed – something broke, was misconfigured, or a user needs help with an existing feature. New features and requests – new fields, automations, reports, integrations, or intentional changes to how a process works – are scoped and priced separately as a fixed-fee project. Any request we estimate under 15 minutes is handled as maintenance at no extra charge, even if it’s technically something new.

Questions, answered

What does the monthly retainer actually cover?
Your monthly fee covers all maintenance work: fixing things that break, correcting misconfigurations, unblocking users, answering questions, and keeping your org running as designed. All communication, coordination, and your account manager’s time are included — nothing on the maintenance side is ever billed separately.
What counts as a maintenance request?
Anything that keeps your existing system working correctly: a broken automation, a misconfigured field, a report that stopped pulling the right data, a user who can’t access something they should, a question about how a feature works. If something isn’t working the way it was designed to, that’s maintenance. Any request we can handle in under 15 minutes is covered at no extra charge, regardless of how it’s classified — even if it’s technically something new.
How does the concurrent request limit work?
We work on as many tickets simultaneously as your plan allows. If you submit more than your concurrent limit, we hold those items in your queue and move to them as soon as the active ones are resolved and confirmed done to your satisfaction.
What if I hit my monthly request limit?
On Pint and Gallon, there’s a cap on monthly requests (8 and 12, respectively). If you’re regularly hitting that ceiling, it’s a clear signal that Bucket or Barrel — both with unlimited requests — is a better fit. You can upgrade at any time and the new capacity kicks in immediately.
What if I also want to build something new?
Maintenance plans cover keeping your existing system running. New features, automations, integrations, and process changes are scoped and priced as fixed-fee projects.
What about training?
Training your team on existing Salesforce features is included in your plan — it’s part of keeping the system working correctly. If something new gets built in a future project, training on that new functionality is included in that project’s price.
Are meetings or communication ever billed separately?
Never. Status updates, troubleshooting calls, questions over Slack or email — all included in your monthly retainer. You’ll never get a bill for a conversation.
Can I change plans?
Plans are 12-month commitments. Upgrades take effect immediately so you can scale up the moment you need more capacity. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I pause my plan?
Plans cannot be paused. If your needs change, you can downgrade for the next billing cycle. Plans are 12-month commitments.
